○ Sponge suction roller is a kind of multi microporous roller, and micropores are connected with each other. It has good water absorption and corrosion resistance. It is ideal to use it to absorb water on the surface. It requires moist state, so it is stored in the water tank. The sponge suction roller made of hydrophilic polymer PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) can be widely used in the cleaning, liquid pressing, water absorption and dehydration processes of printed boards, glass products, steel plates, aluminum plates and other panels because of its excellent water absorption and water retention capacity due to the micro connecting pores of the hydrophilic substrate.
○ Technical indicators of sponge suction roller: ① The water absorption capacity can reach 6~10 times of its dry weight. ② Generally, the service temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, otherwise it will age and shorten the service life. If the bonded suction roller is not used for a while, it should be cured in clean water. ③ The normal service life is 5-8 months.
