Application knowledge of disc brush in industry

Disc brush, also known as polishing brush, mainly consists of four types of applications in industry.
1. Satin Finish: satin finish is the process of using a soft and fine polishing brush to brush the surface into a Matte Satin diffuse reflection layer, which can make the surface obtain a non specular flickering luster.
2. Surface cleaning: the disc polishing brush is mainly used to clean the oxide scale, rust, old paint layer, welding slag and other dirt on the surface, and it is also used to brush away the residual floating ash after erosion.
3. Silk pattern brushing: use a disc polishing brush to brush a certain regular and fine silk pattern on the surface, such as wavy pattern, fish scale pattern, etc., so as to achieve the purpose of decoration.
4. Deburring: deburring the edges of the machined surface by brushing. This is also a kind of disc polishing brush which is widely used in industry.
