The pharmaceutical capsule polishing machine is mainly composed of hopper, polishing cylinder, sealing cylinder, brush, coupling, split bearing seat, motor, distribution box, waste removal head, discharge hopper and frame.
The working principle of the medicinal capsule polishing machine is to drive the capsule to make a circular spiral movement along the wall of the polishing tube through the rotary movement of the brush, so that the capsule moves forward along the spiral spring. Under the constant friction with the brush and the wall of the polishing tube, the outer surface of the capsule shell is polished, and the polished capsule enters the waste bucket from the outlet. In the waste remover, due to the effect of negative pressure, under the action of air flow, the light unqualified capsules rise, enter the vacuum cleaner through the suction pipe, and the heavy qualified capsules continue to fall. The purpose of polishing and waste removal can be effectively achieved by moving the discharge hopper to discharge. The powder and small fragments brushed off in the polishing process enter the sealing cylinder through the holes on the wall of the polishing cylinder, and the industrial brush is sucked into the vacuum cleaner for recycling.
