Cleaning includes removing oil stain, scale, carbon deposit, rust layer and old paint layer. Different cleaning methods must be adopted and appropriate equipment, tools, processes and cleaning media must be selected according to the different materials, precision, dirt properties of parts and requirements for cleaning degree of each process, so as to obtain good cleaning effect.
The cleaning before disassembly mainly refers to the external cleaning before disassembly. The purpose of external cleaning is to remove a large amount of dust, oil dirt, mud sand and other dirt accumulated outside the mechanical equipment, so as to facilitate disassembly and avoid bringing dust, oil mud and other dirt into the plant.
The external cleaning is generally carried out with white water, that is, the tap water is connected to the cleaned part with a hose, the oil stain is washed with water, and the scraper and brush are used together; High pressure water flushing is 1-10MPa. High pressure water flow under pressure is used for flushing. For thick dirt with high density, appropriate amount of chemical cleaning agent can be added and the injection pressure and water temperature can be increased.
Common external cleaning equipment includes: 1. Single gun hourly flow cleaning machine, which removes dirt by the scouring action of high-pressure continuous jet or steam water jet or the chemical action of hourly flow and cleaning agent. 2. There are two types of multi nozzle jet cleaning machines: door frame mobile type and tunnel fixed type. The installation position and number of nozzles vary according to the use of the equipment.
