Characteristics and Applications of Steel Wire Spring Brushes

The material of the wire spring brush determines its use. Metal wire spring brushes are mainly used in industries such as steel and coating. Nylon wire spring brushes are mainly used in industries such as cleaning, polishing furniture wood, and rust removal of color coated rolls. Spring brushes are mainly used in painting, steel (steel plate pretreatment, steel plate galvanizing, and steel plate color coating). Spring brushes mainly solve the problem of density that cannot be achieved by ordinary brush rollers (brush rollers that are planted with brush wires in industry or other brush attachments such as nylon). (Note: Because in industry, it is necessary to consider the firmness of the brush wire and ensure that the brush wire does not fall off. There is a limit to the density of the bristles planted by ordinary brush rollers. To achieve the density, ordinary brush rollers cannot achieve it.)
Some spring brushes also have a certain gap, which is specially designed to take into account that debris may fall into the brush wire and cannot be cleaned during operation.
