Choose soft hair or hard hair for toothbrush
Theoretically, the medical community has not made statistics and investigations on the sterilization and tooth protection effects of toothbrushes, but as long as they master the correct brushing methods, they can achieve the purpose of cleaning the oral cavity. Brushing teeth generally adopts the vertical brushing method, that is, when brushing the inside and outside of the teeth, the bristles are parallel to the long axis of the teeth, the bristles point to the gums, pressurize and rotate along the direction of the teeth, brush the upper teeth from top to bottom, and brush the lower teeth from bottom to top. When brushing the occlusal surface of the teeth, the horizontal short brush method can be more thoroughly cleaned. A certain amount of pressure should be added so that the tip of the toothbrush hair can enter the groove gap of the occlusal surface and move horizontally along the direction of the dental arch. It should also be noted that the axial surface of the end of the last tooth in the dentition, that is, the side close to the throat, should not be omitted. The toothbrush head should be placed inward as far as possible, and it can be brushed by rotating the brush head. When cleaning the junction of teeth and gums, use a little force and repeat up and down the same part for 5 to 6 times.
Finally, I would like to remind you that it is best to replace the toothbrush every 3 months or so, otherwise the bristles are easy to accumulate bacteria, which is detrimental to oral health.
