Classification and material of industrial brush

There are many kinds of brush wires of industrial brush: nylon wire, PP wire, metal wire, bristle, horse hair, etc. In different occasions, the function of the brush is also different, and the material is of course different.

1、 Nylon wire is generally used in industrial equipment that will use brush. In terms of wear resistance and elasticity, it is divided into 610 and 1010:
1. 610 has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, but its elasticity is not very good. It is easy to deform and difficult to recover after working for a long time. It is suitable for rough parts in industrial dust removal and cleaning, such as dust removal of mine wharf, sweeping brush of sanitation vehicle, etc;
2. The elasticity of 1010 is the best, the cost is the highest, but the wear resistance is not as good as 610. The appearance is excellent, and its impact resistance and aging resistance are also very good. It is most suitable for industrial equipment, doors and windows and other dustproof parts.

2、 In addition, the elasticity of PBT is better than that of nylon wool brush wire, but the wear resistance is less than 610. Its performance is soft and is most suitable for the cleaning and decontamination of fine parts, such as the cleaning of automobile surface, the cleaning of air conditioning duct and so on.

3、 The brush adopts abrasive nylon wire, which has good wear resistance and acid-base resistance. It is commonly used in PCB surface treatment and galvanized plate pickling line.

4、 Metal wires, such as steel wire and copper wire, are generally used for deburring metal surface, with good wear resistance.
