General brushing characteristics
Synthetic brush threads can be divided into two categories: one is curly, like waves, which we call corrugated threads; Another type of horizontal straight, we call it straight wire.
For brushes of the same specification, use roughly equal amounts of corrugated wire and straight wire to fill them. The corrugated wire shows a denser effect compared to the straight wire, but there are gaps between the corrugated wires, which can result in residual debris; The straight threads are tighter and more suitable for sealing, dust prevention, etc.
When selecting the brush wire, the length and diameter of the brush wire will affect the stiffness of the brush wire.
2、 Brush wire color
The color of the brushed silk can be customized, but black, white, and natural colors are the most common. Natural color does not have any color additives added and looks a bit like white, but it is actually lighter than white, and sometimes there may be a light gray color. If you need to use real white, we recommend using white instead of natural color.

The filling materials for brushes are diverse, generally divided into synthetic plastic wire, animal hair, natural plant wire, and metal wire. Different materials of brush wire have different uses and functions.
