1. Automobile engine cylinder head production line:
(1) After the end face of the cylinder head is finely milled, remove the burr with a disc brush to remove the burr at the intersection of the plane and complex grooves, grooves and holes, and repair the sharp edge into a circular arc. After fine boring the cylinder head camshaft seat hole, use the hole brush to remove the burr.
(2) Car engine camshaft production line: after camshaft heat treatment, clean oxide scale and burr with wheel brush.
(3) Car engine block production line: use hole brush to clean the burrs of main and auxiliary oil holes. Install a strip brush on the honing head and clean the burr of the crankshaft hole.
(4) Car engine crankshaft production line: Φ Clean the oil hole with a hole brush of about 6mm.
(5) Car engine connecting rod production line: Φ Remove burrs with 44mm small wheel brush.
