How to distinguish different kinds of brushes?

Brush is a common item in life. According to the manufacturing process, it can be divided into three types, namely: horse nail machine hair planting brush, spring brush, and tablet pressing brush.
1、 Horse nail machine hair brush. This is the most traditional brush. First of all, the surface of the brush roller and brush plate shall be punched, and then the bristles shall be embedded into the brush roller or brush plate one by one using the horse nail hair planting machine. This kind of brush is very common and widely used. The main reason is that its cost is relatively low. However, it has several disadvantages. 1、 Insufficient density. Because there is a distance between each hole, the high-density effect cannot be achieved if there is a distance. In some special industries, the density of brush is relatively high. 2、 The binding strength and fastness of bristles are not enough. The horse nail hair planting method uses the iron wire to pass through a convex groove and then press it into a "u" shape buckle to buckle the brush wire, and then insert the brush hair into the hole for clamping, so that the brush hair and the brush roller are integrated.
2、 Spring brush. This kind of brush has the disadvantages of insufficient density and poor fastness. At the time of manufacturing, the brush hairs will be pressed into the aluminum strip by a steel wire through the brush equipment, and then wrapped on the roller shaft, with both ends firmly welded. In some special industries, it is also necessary to make a spring brush with a certain gap to facilitate dust removal.
3、 Tablet pressing brush. Put the brush wire very close and orderly, then put it in the designated mold, and then use the steel sheet to make the brush wheel piece by piece through the press. When making the brush roller, many pieces of brush wheels can be connected in series, and then fixed on the upper side of the roller together. The density of the brush is the highest by this process, and its density is far higher than the other two processes. However, its disadvantages are opposite to the advantages of the horse nail machine planting brush, and its cost is relatively high. And the production speed is also slower than the other two.
