1. The brush needs to have good rebound performance
The brown hair of the brush needs to be hit by the cylinder needle teeth for 150-450 times /min at a speed above 1200r/min, and needs to quickly return to the original upright state within about 0.05 seconds, so as to prepare for the next cleaning cycle.
2. The brush should have strong strength
The brown hair of the brush needs to be hit 150-450 times per minute by high-speed and high-strength tin needle teeth. If the impact resistance of brown hair is insufficient, the brown hair will soon be damaged and shortened. In this way, the time of using the brush will be very short, and the quality of the brush is not very good.
3. The brush needs to have a higher speed
In order to ensure the quantity effect of the brush on the cylinder needle teeth, the brush is required to have a high speed. At present, the running speed of the brush is basically above 1200r/min. This puts forward higher requirements for the dynamic balance, static balance and firmness of the brush. In this way, the brush will be more durable, greatly improving the service time of the brush.
