Industry standard for cabinet brush

Every product has a standard. Below, I will introduce the standard cabinet brush standards.
1. Easy to install. We all know that cabinet brush strips are installed at multiple positions such as the top, side, bottom, and interior of the cabinet. A small cabinet may require several cabinet brush strips, and the diameter is usually not too large. Therefore, disassembly and assembly should be convenient without affecting the effectiveness of use.
2. Accurate tolerance. During production, strict adherence to standards is required. After installation, there are no obvious loose spots, no self weight sliding and detachment, and no installation grooves protrude from the brush end due to excessive length, achieving good assembly results.
3. Pure nylon silk. The unique wear resistance and resilience of nylon are the reasons for choosing nylon materials. One important function of the cabinet brush strip is to pass through the cable, which can maintain toughness and deformation during prolonged insertion of the cable, without the need for frequent replacement.
4. Good tensile resistance and no shedding. Taking brush strips as an example, in the industry, the bottom width is ≥ 3mm and the tensile strength is ≥ 6kg; Bottom width ≥ 4mm, tensile resistance ≥ 10kg, and no shedding of hair can ensure the cleanliness and sealing of the cabinet interior, and protect the wire from damage.
5. It has flame retardant function. News of data center fires can be heard from time to time, such as the 2018 HP big data center fire that has to be taken seriously. Therefore, some large cabinet companies now require the flame retardant grade of the brush wire of the cabinet brush to reach UL94-V0 level, otherwise it will not be used.
