Introduction of spring brush

The processing process of the spring brush is to use the strip brush equipment to embed the strip brush wire into the stainless steel strip to make a strip brush, and then wrap the made strip brush on the roller shaft and weld it firmly with argon arc welding. In some special production, it is also necessary to leave a certain gap in the spring brush to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
The brush wire of the spring brush is made of nylon wire, steel wire, abrasive wire, bristle, horsetail, etc. it can be wrapped inside and outside.
1. The externally wound spring brush mainly solves the problem that the density of ordinary brush rollers (brush rollers planted with brush wires on plastic or nylon and other brush attachments) cannot reach. (Note: when planting wool on plastic, consider the firmness of the brush wire and ensure that the brush wire does not fall off). Because of the high accuracy requirements of the externally wound spring brush, it requires complex technology, but the brush roller processed by the spring brush can well solve the problems of high density and high strength.
2. Inner winding spring brush is a kind of winding brush with steel wire and nylon wire in the steel strip, which is mainly used to polish and clean wire, pipe fittings and other items. The material is generally 0.1-0.3mm steel wire, stainless steel wire and high-quality nylon wear-resistant brush wire abrasive wire. Generally, the production cycle of inner wound spring brush is long, and the mold needs to be opened. The specification is generally limited. Our factory can produce inner wound spring brush with a diameter of 20-80mm, and the inner hole * can be as small as 0.5mm.
3. The sealing spring brush is made in the same way as the strip brush, but according to the shape of some vacuum cleaners or sealing covers, we make a longitudinal winding for the strip brush. The size of the finished product is designed according to the size of the workpiece with the number of strips required. It is mainly used for mechanical seal dust removal. The nylon wire used has the advantages of anti-aging, corrosion resistance and so on.
