Low priced brushes are not reliable
In recent years, the fierce competition in the brush market is in full swing, making many businesses have to use a variety of business methods to gain a foothold in the market. Some sellers adopt the form of low price sales to set the price of the brush to the same standard as the production cost price. This price deepens the customer's desire for cheap and wins the market. Although this empirical model appears to be very successful on the surface, even if the price is very low, the use time and problems that arise after buying home are also causing consumers great distress, but it is also too late to regret. Therefore, as consumers, they should try to buy regular and reasonably priced brushes, because compared to low-cost brushes, the quality is absolutely unreliable.
In terms of production technology, the raw materials used for low-cost brushes are of poor quality. The thickness of the seamless tube used to make the brush handle is only 3mm. Our national production standard for the brush industry is 5mm, so the quality of the base material for low-cost brushes is not up to standard. It is also easy to see from the connection points that there will be more connections between high-quality brush rollers and steel pipes. This connection mode can make the brush more firm, but low-cost brushes are the opposite, simply not meeting the standard level of firmness. Moreover, the bristles of low-cost brushes are often made of some PBT or PP filaments, which are only slightly stronger than plastic filaments and do not have good resilience and wear resistance. Therefore, when used, the phenomenon of hair loss or bristle breakage often occurs. Good brushes are made of nylon 612 and nylon 610, which have 20 times more performance than nylon 6. Another obvious feature is that if the bristles in the pores are filled as much as possible, the normal standard of bristle density can be achieved. However, some manufacturers intentionally do not plant the bristles fully, or make the pores very small, in order to achieve the goal of lacking bristles. Therefore, when purchasing brushes, consumers must not be deceived by their desire for cheap goods. Only products that are reassuring can be used with ease.
