Nylon is a commonly used material in brush factories. As usual, nylon brush wires used in brush industry can be divided into three categories: Nylon 6, nylon 66 and nylon 612. In this case, nylon single 6 is a relatively economical material, and the hardness of double 6 is stronger, while nylon 612 is higher. Nylon brush wire is a very important brush material. In the whole application process, the relevant characteristics of the brush are appropriate.
1. Part of the joint surface shall be smooth and clean. Before installing a new gasket, the component surface of the joint shall be cleaned of dirt. At the same time, it shall also check whether there is any surface warpage, convex hull of connecting screw hole, etc., which shall be modified if necessary. Only when there is no warpage can the sealing effect of the seal be obtained.
2. The old sealing washer sealing washer can not be reused. The engine is installed between the surfaces of two parts. After the base plate is compact, it is consistent with the surface roughness of the surface and has a good sealing effect. Therefore, the gasket should be replaced every time the engine is maintained. Otherwise, the leakage will be confirmed.
3. The engine gasket shall be properly placed before use. Before use, it shall be placed in the original package without any late stacking bending and overlap. The maintenance matters needing attention in later maintenance shall not be hung on the hook.
