Precautions before using the brush roller:
Brush roller, as the name implies, is formed by planting brush wire (nylon wire, plastic wire, metal wire, bristle, horse hair, etc.) on the roller like object.
When people use the brush roller, they sometimes find that there are problems of one kind or another, so they question the product quality. In fact, as long as the manufacturer and user pay attention to the following points, the possibility of problems in the brush roller products can be well eliminated.
1. First of all, the brush roller shall be cleaned and packaged before leaving the factory. Because a lot of broken hairs will be produced during the process of planting and smoothing, the brush wire shall be combed and the broken hairs shall be cleaned before packaging.
2. In the transportation process from the manufacturer to the user, in order to prevent foreign matters and dust from soaking the brush wire, packaging boxes, bags and other packaging materials shall be used to prevent damage to the brush roller.
3. Before arriving at the manufacturer for use, be sure not to directly expose the brush wire on the ground or in other polluted environment.
4. A cushion shall be placed on the shaft head of the brush roller to keep the brush wire upright and clean.
