The brush roller mainly cleans the dirt and residual pesticides adhering to the surface of fruit and vegetable products. The skin of freshly picked fruits and vegetables is very fragile. During the cleaning process, the mechanical operation causes the brush roller to constantly flip over their surfaces, with moderate friction and repeated wiping. If the brush wire of the brush roller is too hard, it will break or "bump" the skin of fruits and vegetables, and the cleaning effect is not good if the brush wire is too soft. Therefore, it is recommended to choose materials with good resilience, moderate hardness, and wear resistance for the brush roller.
Usually, cleaning machine manufacturers choose four materials: PA6, PA66, PA610, and PA612 as the material selection for the brush roller wire, while meeting the requirements of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, antibacterial and mold resistance, safety, hygiene, and environmental protection, non fading, and non shedding.
