First, immerse the finished product of the industrial brush in warm water at about 20 ℃ for 30 minutes. The immersion depth should be about 12mm. After taking out the brush, squeeze it dry with water and soak it in 0.5% soap solution for about 10 minutes.
Second, put the test plate into the plate that interferes with the work, clamp the test plate with the quick clamps on both sides, and adjust the height according to the thickness of the test plate to prevent the test plate from moving in series during the work.
Third, install the brush into the brush holder and fix the screw bolt to prevent the brush from loosening. When connecting the brush with the beam brush holder, pay attention to that the gap between the brush and the beam brush holder should be about 3-5 mm, so that the brush can be transported freely.
Fourth, put the adjusted washing medium into the water storage bucket. The washing medium can be dissolved in distilled water with washing powder and prepared into 0.5% solution. The PH value is maintained between 9.5-10.0. The medium can also be adjusted according to the standard in the product manual.
Fifth, after connecting the power supply, the counter will display "0", press the preset key, and after reaching the required number, press the start switch. At this time, the brush will start to move, and the counter will count automatically. During the whole cleaning process, the brush will continuously drip into the washing interface to keep the test plate wet during the whole process.
Sixth, observe whether there is any wear or exposure in the 10cm of the test panel. If similar phenomenon is found, stop the test and press the stop switch. If you want to continue, press the start switch again.
Seventh, if the test panel is not exposed, the counter and reaches the upper limit and stops automatically. To turn it on again, you need to press the reset button of the counter. Otherwise, it cannot be turned on again. After the counter returns to zero, start counting and count the number of washing times.
According to the above seven steps, it is sufficient to experience the product. After reaching the preset value and automatic shutdown, check whether the test panel is exposed, so as to judge whether the quality of the finished product of the industrial brush is qualified.
