The brush is used for cleaning mechanical parts
If the machine runs for too long, it needs to be cleaned. The cleaning method and cleaning quality are important. Cleaning includes removing oil dirt, scale, carbon deposit, rust layer and old paint layer. The cleaning before disassembly mainly refers to the external cleaning before disassembly. The purpose of the external cleaning is to remove a large amount of dirt such as dust, oil, mud and sand accumulated outside the mechanical equipment, so as to facilitate disassembly and avoid bringing dirt such as dust, oil and mud into the plant.
The external cleaning generally adopts white water washing, that is, connect the tap water to the cleaned part with a hose, wash the oil stain with water flow, and use a scraper and a brush to cooperate; High-pressure water scouring is 1-10MPa. High pressure water flows under pressure to wash. For thick dirt with high density, appropriate chemical cleaning agent can be added and spray pressure and water temperature can be increased.
Common external cleaning equipment includes: 1. Single-gun time-flow cleaning machine, which removes dirt by the scouring action of high-pressure continuous jet or steam-water jet or the combination of time-flow and chemical action of cleaning agent. 2. There are two types of multi-nozzle jet cleaning machines: door-frame mobile type and tunnel fixed type. The installation position and number of nozzles vary according to the use of the equipment.
