Types of Brushes and Cautions for Use of Industrial Brushes

Brushes can be divided into the following three categories according to their scope of use:
I. Industrial brushes, which are specially used for cleaning, dust-proof, polishing and grinding during industrial production.
2. For maintenance, including cleaning brush, cleaning brush, paint brush, etc.
3. Brushes belonging to the category of personal consumer goods, such as hair brushes, toothbrushes, laundry brushes, shoe brushes, etc.
Precautions for use of industrial brushes:
Industrial brushes sometimes have quality problems due to wear of axles, bending of brush wires, abuse of operators, improper use of methods, etc., try not to use damaged or abnormal brushes, as this may lead to more damage to brushes and human body damage, brushes should be replaced as soon as possible, and related operations should be improved to avoid unsafe production.
When using industrial brushes, excessive force should be avoided, otherwise the brush wires will be bent and deformed, heat will accumulate after friction, brush damage will become blunt, and service life will be greatly reduced. If you think the cutting force of the brush is not enough, you should use a sharper brush or increase the speed of the brush properly instead of using too much force.
