Types of brush and precautions for use of industrial brush

According to the scope of use, brushes can be divided into the following three categories:
1、 Industrial brush, specially used for cleaning, dust blocking, polishing, polishing, etc. in the process of industrial production.
2、 For maintenance and care, including cleaning brush, cleaning brush, paint brush, etc.
3、 Brushes belonging to the category of personal consumer goods, such as hair brushes, toothbrushes, laundry brushes, shoe brushes, etc.
Precautions for use of industrial brush:
Industrial brushes sometimes have quality problems due to the wear of the shaft center, the bending of the brush wire, which is due to the abuse of the operator or the improper use method. Try not to use damaged or abnormal brushes, because this may lead to increased damage to the brush and human injury. Replace the brush as soon as possible and improve relevant operations to avoid unsafe production.
When using the industrial brush, avoid excessive force, otherwise the brush wire will be bent and deformed, the heat will accumulate after friction, the brush will be damaged and blunt, and the service life will be greatly reduced. If the cutting force of the brush is not enough, it is recommended to use a sharper brush or increase the rotation speed of the brush appropriately, instead of using excessive force.
