Understand the types and uses of industrial brushes through the overall market of brushes
1. Horse nail machine hair planting brush: in the traditional brush making process, after punching the surface of the brush roller or brush plate, the bristles are implanted into the brush roller or brush plate by the horse nail hair planting machine in bundles. The brush products produced by this process are widely used. First, the cost is low. As a consumable, the cost should be considered. However, the brush roller made of nail planting has several disadvantages:
First, the density is not enough, because there must be a certain spacing between each hole of punching and hair planting, and if there is a spacing, high-density effect cannot be planted. When some special industries require high-density brush rollers to operate, this brush roller of horse nail machine for hair planting cannot be used;
Second, the bonding strength and fastness of the brush wire are not enough. The so-called horse nail hair planting method is to use the iron wire to be pressed into a "U" shaped buckle through a convex groove, which is used to buckle the brush wire and then implant it into the punched hole. The "U" shaped buckle crosses in the hole and goes deep into the hole to clamp firmly, so that the brush wire is combined on the roller shaft, but the tension is limited. If it is used in brush rollers that need high-speed operation in some special industries, this process is not ideal.
2. Spring brush: the brush roller made by the spring brush process solves the problems of high density and strong fastness. During manufacturing, the bristles are first pressed into the aluminum strip or stainless steel strip by the strip brush equipment, and then wound on the roller shaft. The two ends are welded firmly by sub pot welding. In some special industrial production, it is also necessary to make a spring brush with a certain gap, because special effects such as dust removal should be considered.
3. Tablet pressing brush: the brush wires are closely arranged together, and then put into a specific mold to form a piece of brush wheels with steel sheets through a stamping mechanism. When making brush rollers, multiple brush wheels can be connected in series and fixed on the roller shaft. The brush wire density of the brush made by this process can be high, but the disadvantage is that the cost is high, and the manufacturing efficiency is slow.
4. Injection molding brush: it is to arrange the brush wires into a special mold, and then use injection molding to integrate the brush wires with the brush plate. The advantage of this process is that the bristles have a high binding force because they have been integrated with the brush plate. At present, the road brush for sanitation vehicles is made by this process.
