The high-quality brush disc is made of aluminum material. The worker installs five aluminum brush discs on the brush shaft, and tightly wraps the brush disc with galvanized sheet to form a cylindrical shape. When wrapping the brush drum with galvanized sheet, it is necessary to ensure that there is no air leakage at the joint. This is a technical job. If the galvanized sheet is not tightly wrapped, the internal gas of the brush drum will find the outlet and form an airflow when running at high speed. This will cause a large pressure difference in the internal damage of the brush drum, leading to cracks and even the possibility of explosion.
