What is a polishing brush? How to use the polishing brush?

The polishing play is mainly used for deburring, fine grinding and other treatments on the surface of the thrown object. It is mainly composed of iron wire (steel wire) as a skeleton, with many fine brush wires arranged in order and extending outward. Brush wire materials include nylon wire, fiber hair, bristles, steel wire, copper wire, abrasive wire, horse hair, etc., which have different application ranges. It is mainly applicable to: hydraulic industry, automobile industry, home appliance industry, elevator industry, sanitation industry, cleaning brush, vacuum cleaner accessories, food machinery, packaging machinery, CNC machine tools, glass industry, ceramic industry, door and window industry, wood industry, furniture industry and hardware industry.
There are five types of polishing brushes
1、 Through hole (inner hole) brush
2、 Copper wire brush
3、 Carpet roller brush (hair planting polishing brush)
4、 Spring brush
5、 Disc polishing brush (sisal, bristle, polished leather)
Material and use of brush wire of polishing brush:
1. Nylon wire: used for PCB surface treatment, galvanized plate pickling line, metal processing polishing and deburring, etc., with good wear resistance and acid-base resistance;
2. Bristles: used for polishing bath brushes or precious objects, such as gold, gemstones, pianos and hard alloys;
3. Metal wire: used for deburring metal surface, with good wear resistance;
4. Sisal: used for pot brushing, high temperature or degreasing, with good toughness and high temperature resistance.
